Routine Home Care
Regular nursing and aide visits with ongoing support, wherever the patient calls home.
Continuous Home Care
Short-term, around-the-clock care during a symptom crisis, to avoid an unnecessary hospital stay.
General Inpatient Care (GIP)
24-hour care in a hospital or inpatient setting when symptoms can't be managed at home.
Respite Care
Temporary inpatient care, up to five days, giving family caregivers a chance to rest.
